Our government don't like us to sell Test Kits for Aids and STD, they prefer to let doctors or hospitals to check it. This especially Aids is because of ethical and moral problem. If customers use those test kits from pharmacies and found they have no AIDS, but when they go to hospital and found they have AIDS, they will blame us for giving them false hopes. I think they have a point for not allowing us to sell.
エイズや性感染症のテストキットのお問い合わせがございますが、現地政府はエイズや性感染症のテストキット販売を好ましく思っておらず、クリニック・病院など専門機関での検査を奨励しております。（現地では無料で行われています。）
特にエイズに関しては、倫理上・道徳上の問題があるからです。また仮に個人的にエイズ検査を行い陰性が出たとしても、後に病院のエイズ検査で陽性が出た場合、偽りの希望を与えたとして薬剤師を恨む結果となります。
私個人的には政府の考えは理にかなっているのと思うのですが？
